Michael Gauger Campaign

Michael Gauger is a very strong Republican candidate for Palm Beach County Sheriff. He has a decades long, distinguished career in law enforcement. In his career, he received many prestigious awards. His awards include Legion of Merit Award, Citizen of the Year, Trailblazer Award, Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award, and many more. He received multiple Outstanding Service Awards, Appreciation Awards, and Certificates of Appreciation.

In his campaign, he received many glowing endorsements. His endorsements include the Fraternal Order of Police, Florida Republican Assembly, Christian Family Coalition of Florida, and many more. Both the Sun-Sentinel and The Palm Beach Post endorsed him.

The current Sheriff promoted him to Chief Deputy, which is second in command to the Sherriff, and he served in that position for 16 years. He retired from that position because he could no longer watch the current Sheriff squander taxpayer dollars and make unethical decisions. Michael Gauger is a Constitutional Conservative, registered Republican and wants to be the next Sheriff. He will be a Constitutional Sheriff. He is married to Phyllis Gauger, and has two grown children.
