Bob Rubin is the Founder and President of Rubin Wealth Advisors, a Boca Raton–based firm that manages nearly $200 million in assets for clients who want their investments aligned with conservative values. With more than 35 years in finance, Bob has built a reputation as a strategic advisor, entrepreneur, and civic leader. Beyond his business career, Bob is proud to be one of the original advisory board members of Turning Point USA. He played a key role in launching the Campus Leadership Project, which supports conservative students running for campus office. Bob helped drive some of the organization’s most impactful initiatives — from starting the Professor Watchlist, to building full student-government slates of presidents, vice presidents, and senate candidates. He was also involved in securing legal support, to challenge election integrity violations and fight back against progressive campus shenanigans. He also dedicated over a decade to higher education leadership as a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees, later serving as Chairman of the FAU Finance Corporation and as Trustee Emeritus of both the FAU Board of Trustees and the FAU Foundation.

Matt Spritz is the Managing Partner of The Spritz Group, a premier Florida government affairs and lobbying firm, and a third-generation Floridian. Matt has a distinct blend of political and legal expertise that makes him unique in Florida politics. Matt also has a vast network of relationships throughout Florida – in the public and private sectors – to provide his clients with unrivaled access and results in today’s complex political climate.

Originally from South Florida, Matt served in Tallahassee in both the legislative and executive branches of our state government, was a candidate himself for the Florida House, managed/consulted on numerous state campaigns, and is an accomplished business attorney with over a decade of experience at big law firms, all before he launched The Spritz Group in 2019.

Matt currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife Sasha, their children, Ilan and Rena, and family dog Oreo. Matt is proudly involved in a number of community organizations, including BizPAC of Palm Beach County (executive committee member and trustee), the Republican Jewish Coalition (leadership circle), Chabad, and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
